Fine print leads to big problems. The following warranties form part of our generic services contract. We prefer plain language that everyone can understand, and no fine print.

  • Warranty on contracted bandwidth. 100% guaranteed, since ACK STORM does not aggregate the bandwidths of different clients.
  • Service delivery warranty: If a contracted service is not delivered on the promised date, you have a right to compensation.
  • Electrical supply warranty. For power outages that exceed 30 minutes per month
  • Network availability warranty. 99.9% connectivity available through your equipment's network card
  • Incident resolution warranty for network services. Resolution in less than 4 hours for ACK STORM or Datacenter internal equipment, and 8 hours for external equipment
  • ACK STORM server and service availability warranty. We guarantee 99.5% availability of all ACK STORM equipment and services (DNS, electrical current, etc.)
  • Incident resolution warranty on client equipment. Beginning of incident resolution in less than 60 minutes Monday through Friday, and in less than 3 hours on holidays
